About the Speaker: Krista Muench is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and owner of Dietitian Krista. Much like many girls and women, Krista spent her early teens to early twenties trying to change her body through diet and exercise. Her obsession with nutrition was initially what led her down the path to become a dietitian. During her studies she realized that her behaviors were not only consuming her life, but that they also weren’t at all healthy and rather quite disordered. She started taking a different approach to food, movement and self-care and from there her life and health improved immensely. Krista see’s way too many individuals struggling with body image issues, dieting and disordered eating much like she used to. As a result, she has made it her personal mission to help as many individuals as possible stop dieting for good, eat intuitively and improve their relationship with food and their bodies so they can live the healthy and fulfilling lives they deserve.
